A 20-year-old female was found dead with stabbing marks in the staircase of her apartment building Thursday afternoon in the Tel Aviv neighborhood of Nahalat Yitzhak.Police forces are scanning the area for the culprit who remains on at large.An MDA paramedic who arrived at the scene said that, "when we arrived,, we found the lifeless body of the 20-year old with signs of violence.""We had no choice but to mark her death," he said.
