Following prayers on Friday, a small group of protesters gathered near the Jacir Palace hotel in Northern Bethlehem. Some of the protesters lobbed rocks at Israeli Border Police officers standing nearby. The officers responded, firing tear gas at the protesters. Six protesters suffered injuries from inhaling tear gas.
