"No deal yet" says EU's Tusk after meeting with UK's Cameron

LONDON - British Prime Minister David Cameron and the European Council President Donald Tusk failed on Sunday to reach a deal on Britain's European Union renegotiation after talks in London, agreeing instead to 24 hours of further discussion.
"No deal yet. Intensive work in next 24 (hours) crucial," Tusk said on his twitter account.
Cameron tweeted that Tusk had agreed to another day of negotiations before publishing a draft text of the reform.
The two had been discussing the EU's proposal for an emergency brake on benefits payments to migrants as a way to meet Cameron's target of curbing migration into Britain.
