Obama at UN: Israel must recognize it can't permanently occupy Palestinian land

US President Barack Obama briefly addressed the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in his final speech to the UN General Assembly as president on Tuesday."Israelis and Palestinians will be better off if Palestinians reject incitement and recognize Israel's right to exist," Obama said.He added, however, that Israel must "recognize that it cannot permanently occupy and settle Palestinian land."
