Chinese President Xi Jinping pledged to further open the economy as leaders of the Asia-Pacific countries met in Lima for the annual APEC summit.The push comes after Donald Trump, who was named the US president elect, promised to scrap the Trans-Pacific Partnership during his campaign.During what was their last meeting together, Xi and US President Barack Obama both stressed their continued willingess to work together and find compromise.
