Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu canceled a scheduled meeting with teen pop idol Justin Bieber, currently in Israel, after the latter refused to meet with kids from the western Negev who have been living under the threat of Kassam rockets, Channel 2 reported.Bieber is slated to perform on Thursday and the meeting with Netanyahu was scheduled for Wednesday.
