IKEA stops selling incandescent lights

The store instead is selling a range of compact fluorescent light bulbs, which use 80 percent less energy and have a life span 10 times that of standard incandescent bulbs; halogen lights, which consume 30% less energy; solar lamps; and other types of energy-saving bulbs.
