President Reuven Rivlin, together with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Mossad director Yossi Cohen, presented citations of excellence to 12 men and women currently serving in the Mossad Sunday night.The honorees were chosen by a forum of senior group leaders.In congratulating the honorees, Rivlin said the very nature of their work makes them fully aware of both the conventional and unconventional military threats with which Israel has to contend, including rocket attacks and surface-to-surface missiles.The greater the threat, the more prepared the defense establishment has to be to confront it, he added.Rivlin also referred to Resolution 2334 of the UN Security Council, saying without a doubt it was a bad decision for Israel and it was important for the country to do its utmost to minimize the damage from the fall-out of such a resolution.
