Our favorite Jewish celebrities are in the Hanukka spirit this holiday season, and they are plastering social media with proof of their festive celebrations.
Jewish actor James Franco, who has been making headlines recently after the premier of his comedy The Interview was canceled due to terror threats from the North Korean government, has other things on his mind. He posted to his Instagram page a picture of him and the queen of pop Lady Gaga with the caption, "Happy Hanukkah <3 @ladygaga + me."
Teen heartthrob Harry Styles of British boy-band One Direction has been known to explore his passion for Judaism although he is not technically part of the tribe. He even has been seen in social media posts wearing a kippa. He posted on Twitter last week that he was polishing his dreidel. "Chanukah sameach everybody," he wrote.
Polishing my dreidel and searching for oil. Chanukah sameach everybody. H

Jewish-Canadian rapper Aubrey "Drake" Graham often advertises his pride for his religion on social media, and last week posted a picture of himself celebrating the holiday and wrote the caption, "Annual Festivities."
Here is just another example of Drake, the mensch, celebrating his Jewish roots and celebrating his bar mitzva in a 2011 music video for his song, HYFR. Also giving a shout-out to the Jewish festival of lights, were Chelsea Clinton, funny-woman Ellen DeGeneres, and Kat Dennings.
Happy Hannukah to all who are celebrating! Looking forward to our @ClintonFdn holiday party this evening!

It's the first night of Hanukkah! I love any celebration that brings people together in kindness and joy. Also, I can't resist a good latke.
