One person was killed by police gunfire following a criminal incident between families in the village Jadeidi-Makr in northern Israel, Maariv reported on Saturday.
During a dispute in the village, police arrived and saw a suspect wielding what appeared to be a sharp object intending to stab someone involved.
One officer shot at him, resulting in the suspect being wounded and taken for medical treatment, where his death was confirmed by medical officials.
