Russian forces have taken over the village of Kyslivka in Ukraine's Kharkiv region and the village of Novokalynove in the Donetsk region, Russia's defense ministry said on Wednesday.
It said in a statement that Russian forces hit military and energy facilities in Ukraine with drones and missiles in retaliation for Ukrainian strikes on Russian energy facilities.
