No trains in the north of Israel following Acre riots

There will be no train service in the northernmost region of the country, following damages sustained during the Acre riots late Wednesday evening.
The infrastructure of the railway and of the communication cable used to manage train traffic were damaged during the riots and until Israel Railways repairs the damage, no trains will be running past the Acre train station.
A free bus service will be provided for commuters between Acre and Nahariya until full service has resumed.
