A seven year-old girl died after being hit by a car near a market in Ramle, central Israel, on Wednesday. Three other men, two 60-year-olds and one 23-year-old, were lightly injured and were taken to Tel Hashomer Hospital. A woman who was seriously injured drove herself to Yitzhak Shamir Medical Center to get treated. According to those who witnessed the event, the car struck several people and came to a halt when it hit a pole. The incident is currently being considered as a traffic accident. The driver is a resident of Ramle who allegedly lost control over the car and skidded. The man was lightly injured and taken to questioning by the police.
