AMMAN - Jordan said on Thursday it had succeeded in persuading the Syrian opposition and the Russian side to meet again in an effort to reach a ceasefire and a political solution. Government spokeswoman Jumana Ghunaimat said the opposition delegation was heading to a southern Syrian town to start a new round of negotiations with the Russians.
