Ashraf Karga, a 38-year-old Palestinian man from Halhul, north of Hebron, was arrested on Sunday for allegedly performing sexual acts on a 13-year-old Israeli girl in Ashdod, according to Israeli media reports.According to the reports, Karga lived in an apartment he was renovating in Ashdod, which is next to the girl's home, and after contacting her, he proceeded to perform sexual acts on her several times on several different occasions.Jerusalem educator arrested sexually assaulting underage students
