FM: Turkey's demand for flotilla apology is 'chutzpa'

At gathering with Israeli diplomats, Lieberman also casts doubt on peace process: "Even if I offered Tel Aviv as the Palestinian capital they'd find a reason not the sign the deal."

Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman met with Israeli diplomats on Sunday afternoon, with harsh words for Turkey. He reiterated that Israel is not willing to apologize over the May 31 flotilla raid, in which nine Turks were killed.
He said that Ankara's demand for an Israeli apology was "chutzpa," and that it was in fact Turkey that needs to say sorry.
Lieberman's comments came as thousands of activists gathered in Istanbul to welcome the Mavi Marmara ship back to Turkey.
The foreign minister also cast doubt on the peace process with the Palestinians. "Even if I offered Tel Aviv as the Palestinian capital they'd find a reason not the sign the deal," he said.
