Residence: Boston, MA
Married? With children? No
Occupation: Chemist
Education: BA, Chemistry
Pets: I adopted an English Coonhound, Jack. That's him on the right
Religious affiliation / observance: Christian/Catholic
Last person / party I voted for: Mitt Romney/Governor of Mass, US pres candidate
Next person / party I will vote for: Anything but a liberal democrat
My history (100 words max): Born in Boston, I've lived and worked in and around New England, building a career in technology rich Boston. I have my own home and live with Jack the hound. I have a small tutoring business
Family history (100 words max): My 4 grandparents came from Sicily around 1900. They were not in the mafia, but some big mafia guys in Sicily have my name and mother's maiden name. I'm not connected, though
My connection with Israel: I used to rent a house from an old Jewish couple. They left their library full of books, mostly on the subject of Judaism. I learned so much about my real roots as a human
What I would take with me to a deserted island: Jack my hound, the best bud a guy could ask for. And then my shortwave radio
If I could have dinner with any person in the world it would be: I'd like to talk with Abe Lincoln and try to feel and understand the character of a real man and leader
What angers you: Injustice and selfishness. I can't stand people getting away with things, and inconsiderate SOBs
What makes you happy: Nature. Any time I'm actively or passively involved in nature I'm centered and happy
Last book I read was: "House on Garibaldi Street" A cool and real thriller about how the Jews captured Eichmann in Argentina. I read lots of bits and pieces, but this one kept me focused all the way through
Comfort food: Quality chocolate and deep, rich red wine
My life five years from now: Maybe leaving my full time job, having my own tutoring business and trading stocks days
You may not like it but I have something controversial to say: I think too many Israelis are ignorant of their heritage and true spirit of their religion, and are setting themselves up for a disaster, politically and personally
Happiness: 1-10 (10 being the happiest) 8
