The prime minister will be in the States for the American Israel Public Affairs (AIPAC) conference.
Sources close to the PM said the visit was not finalized. However, a source close to Netanyahu said, “The prime minister will deliver his annual speech at the AIPAC conference and will plan to Washington, despite the conference’s close date to the elections.”
It is also still unclear whether Netanyahu and Trump will meet at the World Economic Forum annual meeting at the end of the month. The U.S. government shutdown could lead to the cancellation of Trump’s trip abroad.
