The head of the United Nations Office for Humanitarian Affairs, David Shearer, said Tuesday that during the war, Israel dropped 350,000 cluster bombs on southern Lebanon, causing many deaths.
"The most infuriating thing is that almost all these attacks were carried out in the last four days of the war," Shearer said.
