Palestinian media reported that the IAF struck in the southern Gaza Strip near the city of Khan Yunis Monday evening.
IDF spokesperson responded Monday night and said, "an IDF aircraft targeted terrorists who approached the fence in the southern Gaza Strip. Their movements were suspicious, and they placed a suspicious object near the fence."
No injuries have been reported.
On Friday, three Palestinians were killed in the clashes at the fence during the weekly March of Return protests.
Israel was accused by several Syrian media sources of attacking sites in Latakia Monday night. Several explosions were heard in the port city in Syria. IDF has not responded to the accusations.
