Harris grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and went to school in St. Louis, where he majored in German Literature and International Studies. He came to Israel in 2013 on the Yahel Social Change MASA program and is currently the outreach and volunteer coordinator for the Social Guard in the Knesset.
