Welcome to the home of a couple in their 50s and their three adult children - a home that, as you will immediately argue, stands out and is completely different from anything we are used to seeing in the local landscape. The planning and design of the new house is entrusted to Amon Moshik Hadida, known for his unique signature, who participates in the process.

"This is a family that likes to host and strives for a quality of life. They built a light and spacious house with a private yard around it and pampering recreation and hospitality areas," says Hadida. "The house, whose shape is R, is built on a corner lot and in order to maximize the garden area, I planned the building itself at the rear of the lot - on the back and side ribs, thus creating an optimal garden for entertaining on the front facade. The seating areas are covered under the roof of the house that rides above and creates a dramatic and impressive effect. In the perimeter of the building Plenty of especially large windows that let in natural light and air." "Upon opening the entrance gate, the swimming pool is revealed and immediately after it the outdoor hospitality area. The facades of the house were designed in a neo-classical style that remains faithful to the principles and distinct classical European characteristics but infuses them with motifs that create a light and airy cover," says Hadida and adds that "while the original classical architecture may be interpreted as Foreign in the Israeli environment, the features of this neoclassical one make it much more refined thanks to the decorations and refined finishes of the house: the facades are symmetrical and they are decorated with French cornices, columns and balconies that stand out from the building line. The ironwork is also very present here: fences , the entrance door, the balustrades of the balconies and the sculptural stair railing at the heart of the house were all produced in collaboration with a craftsman who invested in every detail to be precise and create details of a high level of finish. bright".

As soon as the front door is opened, we discover a double space rising to a height of 8 meters. On the right is a high display case that goes up to the height of the second floor, and looks out towards the garden, and on the left is the kitchen. Opposite we will discover a powerful and sculptural staircase that is a real focal pint and can be seen from every angle. An intimate sitting area was planned to the left and to the right the dining area and the living room surrounded by large display windows through which they exit to the yard. "The kitchen is particularly large and luxurious: in two of its spaces there are work areas and in the other space a high wall was designed where all electrical appliances and pantries are concentrated, which includes a hidden door that leads to an internal pantry. The fronts of the kitchen were painted with a light shade of oven and are decorated with frames that characterize the classic style as well as the latest rustic style and as such they are Gives the space a dimension of warmth. Porcelain granite slabs were chosen for the surfaces, while a natural stone surface was chosen above. A brass construction and French bistro-style lampshades float above.

The family corner next to the staircase is used as a conversion corner. In the center there is a fireplace against a wall of chocolate-colored bricks next to it are green velvet armchairs. The drinks bar is made of dark brown oak veneer carpentry. Further on are the guest services where a power wall made of mosaic with golden touches was designed and a sink cabinet decorated with developments in an opaque color finish topped with a natural stone surface." To the left of the staircase opens a large portion that includes the central hospitality area that includes the dining area, in the center of which is an especially large knight's table that can be opened on holidays. The sitting area in the R-shaped area is lined with a plush armchair. In the center are two rectangular coffee tables made of gilded iron topped with a cloudy bronze mirror. The wall between the two showcases opens up to the garden A wooden plate that emphasizes the height of the space that is 3.7 meters.

From the showcases in this space there is access to the outdoor hospitality area that is abundant with impressive classical elements. The surface is paved with porcelain tiles in four different sizes and above the floating roof that is shaded and shades the entire area. The seating area is made of aluminum and braided fabric - materials that are resistant to the Israeli climate. It looks towards the ceramic swimming pool inside which a jacuzzi with massage jets was installed. In the rear is the paved area, the well-equipped outdoor kitchen that includes all the facilties for preparing a regular meal, including a B.B.Q station, smokers, ice coolers, etc. And back inside, to the staircase that connects the three floors: the ground floor, the basement floor - where the master bedroom and two suites for the grown children were designed and the living floor - where the parents' master, their young son's suite and a laundry and service room were designed.

"The tree is rounded and curved along its entire length and the stairs are covered with solid wood. The railing, which we created with a thoughtful craft of frame work, is decorated with elements that are true to the desired neo-classical style." Those coming to the upper floor are greeted by a bridge to the left of which is the entrance to the parents' master, which is entered through a long foyer where the mother of the family's make-up corner is also located. Next is the bedroom whose walls are covered with carpentry decorated with frames, except for the TV wall which is covered with brown wood veneer. A decorative cornice was installed around the ceiling, which is also used to hide the curtain rail.

"The master is especially large: we covered the floor with natural oak parquet and the bed in the center is upholstered in blue velvet fabric that breaks the monochromatic colors, as well as furniture and golden elements that add a touch of luxury," says Hadida. "On the left we will find the closet which is partially open to the bedroom and as such gives a sense of size and space. Bright cabinets were installed around the perimeter of the space and an island for storage." All the walls in the master room are covered with woodwork similar to doors/frames, one of which leads directly to the couple's bathroom where we used products from Versace Home such as a black porcelain floor, in the center of which was placed a golden decor rug, and the shower wall was also designed in the same spirit. In the center of the space stands a bath cabinet made of black painted wood and a dark natural stone surface with veins, above it lie oval sinks - lo and la. On the other side of the floor is a spacious laundry and service room and the youngest son's master bedroom. The bedroom is designed with clean and mature lines and dramatic dark colors and apart from the bedroom it benefits from a bathroom and a dressing room used for social entertaining.
