Every mom knows the feeling—the need for a reliable professional to support her through her journey, whether it’s a sleep consultant, lactation expert, fitness coach, or nutritionist. And now, the hunt for the right expert begins. You might turn to mom groups on social media, ask friends for recommendations, or find ads popping up in your feed. But in this vast sea of options, finding the right professional quickly becomes a frustrating, exhausting, and confusing task. This is exactly what Noy Perach experienced during her first pregnancy, and again during her second, which led her to create the solution: TeamMama, an innovative platform and app that brings together the best professionals in motherhood, pregnancy, and birth in one easy-to-use place.

The platform leverages AI to personalize recommendations based on users’ answers to a short questionnaire, factoring in their location, children’s ages, and more. It’s available for download on the App Store and Google Play.

Noy Perach, a lawyer by profession, founded TeamMama after her own personal experience. During her first pregnancy and after becoming a new mother, she struggled with her baby’s sleep issues and quickly realized how difficult it was to find the right professional. She searched through sponsored posts, gathered recommendations from online groups, and found countless professionals on Instagram, each claiming to offer the perfect solution. Ultimately, she felt lost. The same situation occurred during her second pregnancy. Out of this personal need, the idea for TeamMama was born—a platform that helps expecting mothers and new moms find the right professionals quickly and easily, all at the touch of a button.

TeamMama features dozens of professionals from across the country, each with a dedicated profile containing relevant details such as their areas of expertise, recommendations, and experience. Thanks to the AI integration, users can effortlessly select the best professional for their needs, saving them from the tedious search process. The platform also offers a rich collection of articles covering important and up-to-date topics relevant to every mother during pregnancy and after childbirth. It’s important to note that all recommendations on the app come from verified users to prevent fake reviews.

However, the significant benefit is not only for mothers—it’s also for professionals. Instead of spending a fortune building and promoting business pages on social media, which don’t always reach the right audience, this new app does the hard work for them. Everything is in one place, ensuring targeted exposure to a relevant and quality audience.

Another important feature Noy Perach included in TeamMama is a dedicated page for those in need of assistance with domestic violence. This page connects users to organizations and associations that offer initial support and guidance. Additionally, TeamMama provides a unique benefits club for mothers and expectant mothers, offering exclusive deals for community members while supporting small and independent businesses rather than large corporations.

Noy Perach, Founder of TeamMama:

“When I became a mom for the first time, I found myself overwhelmed by all the options available online. It was frustrating and confusing. During my second pregnancy, I decided I needed to lead a change and create a space where moms could quickly and easily find the right professionals for them. TeamMama was born out of this need, providing a solution not only for mothers but also for professionals looking for an effective way to reach their target audience without the hassle of managing their own social media presence. TeamMama aims to create a strong, unique community that eases the experience for anyone in need of help during such an emotional, stressful, and challenging time.”
