Divorce is a very traumatic life episode, especially when you have to start a new life, often in a different home than the one you are used to. After Tom Brady split from Gisele in November 2022, he had to find a place to live. Unsurprisingly, this was not a typical divorce settlement.
Brady recently moved out of the apartment he rented for a year in Surfside, Florida. It is only three bedrooms, but you can guess that it has quite a lot to offer. Its area is 400 square meters (what the hell are you supposed to do as a bachelor with 400 square meters) in the Fendi Chateau luxury tower.
The apartment is now for sale at a price of about 16 million dollars.
A private elevator leads to the apartment, which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The view is panoramic and the entire unit was designed for entertainment, pleasure and relaxation. Brady, by the way, took a picture of it on social media and took his retirement announcement from football on the beach with the building behind him.
The building was renovated in 2016 and has 58 units in total. So how much did Brady pay for the pleasure?
60 thousand dollars a month was his bill, not including a modest house board of about 9,000 dollars, for which services such as a sauna, a gym, a restaurant, a recreation room and games for children are granted and more.
