Just because you're abstaining from whiskey and beer during Passover doesn't mean you have to settle for less. On the contrary, here are some recommendations for spirits rated KSLP (Kosher for Passover), guaranteed to make your holiday extra special.

1. Pelter Winery, Majhoul Brandy

The Mauxion family owns vineyards in the Cognac region, cultivating grape varieties for cognac production since 1743. The ninth generation of the family currently oversees all vineyard care and grape harvesting, following the family tradition.

This cognac, aged for seven years in oak barrels, features a well-balanced palate with delicate tannins and a finish blending scents and flavors of caramel, cocoa, chocolate, cinnamon, alongside ripe fruits.

6. Psagot Winery, XO Brandy

Psagot Winery offers a soulful brandy sold in a limited edition at the winery's store and selected outlets nationwide.

Selected wines from the winery underwent traditional distillation in a copper still at the Almaq distillery. The spirits were then aged for 12 years in an ancient cave discovered in the heart of the vineyard in Psagot. Winemakers Yakov Uriah Sam Soroka, Itai Kucinski, together with Tal Hoteiner and Tomer Goren from M&H Distillery, crafted the final blend.

Each bottle is accompanied by a unique hand-filled bottle, a stunning cork, gold embossed labels, and handcrafted metal packaging.
