Baileys Irish Cream is the first of its kind and the best-selling Irish cream liqueur in the world. A refined blend of Irish whiskey and rich cream sourced from family-owned farms and dairies, it's hard for even those who aren't typically fond of liqueurs not to enjoy it.

In addition to the basic original version, which can be found in almost any self-respecting bar, Baileys Irish Cream is available in several unique flavors, including salted caramel, strawberries and cream, pumpkin spice, red velvet cupcake, and more.

This month, 'Baileys Chocolate Luxe' was launched in Israel, created by Anthony Wilson, the son of the man who invented Baileys. Wilson spent three years developing the new version, but there's no need to feel sorry for him. During those three years, he tasted around two hundred different types of Belgian chocolate and tried about eight hundred recipes until he achieved the final result, which also includes Madagascar vanilla. Hard work, but someone had to do it.

A Rich and Indulgent Taste Experience

The combination of fine Belgian chocolate and alcohol creates a rich taste experience of indulgent Belgian chocolate with the caramel notes characteristic of Baileys Irish Cream and a bitter finish of cocoa flavors. It's a great drink for winter.

It is recommended to enjoy 'Baileys Chocolate Luxe' over a little ice in a wide glass, with fresh berries to complete the experience. Price: about NIS 100 for a 500 ml bottle.
