SOK (Service. Office. Knowledge), Russia's second-largest coworking space network, has expanded its operations in Israel this year by opening a new venue in Rishon Lezion, part of the flagship Millenia project in the Alphapark district. This new SOK venue is the company's second in Israel and the second designed by LVN Studio, following the first venue in the Nitsba Tower on HaMasger Street, Tel Aviv.

LVN Studio's design emphasis was to create an innovative coworking space intended to inspire creativity, collaboration, and innovation. The project spans 6,500 square meters across two high floors (17 and 18) with a breathtaking 360-degree view.

The project is located in a luxurious office tower in the western part of Rishon Lezion, fronting the Mediterranean Sea, adjacent to upper-middle-class residential areas in one of Israel's largest cities.

LVN Studio was selected to lead the company's nationwide strategy, creating a flexible office platform adaptable to any client size with high-level design appealing to the younger generation. This is where aesthetics meet functionality. From open and collaborative work environments to private corners for focused work, the layout encourages productivity and fosters a sense of community.

The project space focuses on fostering a thriving diverse community. There are areas for networking events, skill-sharing activities, and collaborative initiatives that create meaningful connections between professionals from different industries. A unique feature of the project is the 400-square-meter terrace overlooking the sea from the 17th floor, the only terrace in the building, which caters to regular use as well as events. The internal kitchenette is designed as a bar, capable of serving conferences both inside and outside the premises.
