As summer begins, new ice cream products are hitting the freezers. We’ve explored the trends, innovations, and flavors that promise to make this season more refreshing and delicious.

Good Things Come in ThreesBuilding on the success of the Peace Pop series globally, and the rising demand for home consumption, Ben & Jerry's Israel introduces new packs of three premium cream ice cream bars. The first flavor, Cookie Dough, features a core of cookie dough in rich cream ice cream with vanilla and chocolate chips, all coated in chocolate.

The second flavor is Salted Caramel Brownie, with a brownie core in rich cream ice cream with vanilla and chocolate chips, coated in salted caramel. Recommended retail price: NIS 25.

Lemon ExtremeNestlé Ice Cream strengthens its EXTREME brand with a special edition inspired by the trendy lemon pie dessert, launching Extreme Lemon Pie and White Chocolate in collaboration with content creator Maya Wertheimer.

The new cone features lemon pie-flavored ice cream, topped with a white chocolate coin, butter cookie crumbs, and a lemon syrup core. Price per unit: NIS 6.70-14.

Fruit ConeAfter last year’s successful launch, La Frutta Squeeze opens the season with a new flavor: La Frutta Squeeze Apple Pear. This innovative cone, under the La Frutta Wellness series, expands its target audience to include children.

The cone offers a convenient grip and an enjoyable consumption experience, featuring refreshing apple and pear flavors with 50% fruit content and only 64 calories per unit. Price per unit: NIS 3.30-10.00.

Family PacksIn the family pack category, Nestlé Ice Cream introduces three new packs: Mini Crunch Pecan & Maple with pecan-flavored ice cream, maple ripple, and milk chocolate coating with rice crisps and caramelized pecan pieces.

The second is Extreme Pretzel cones with pretzel and white chocolate ice cream and pretzel spread.

The third is Mini Crunch packs with cornflakes milk-flavored ice cream, white chocolate coating, rice crisps, and cornflake crumbs. Price range per pack: NIS 20-40.

Krembo's WingsNestlé Ice Cream presents a limited edition created in a unique collaboration with the youth movement "Wings of Krembo" for youth with and without special needs.

The grape-flavored ice cream bar, colored blue and white, features packaging designed with movement activists to promote and raise awareness of the beneficial activities of Wings of Krembo and encourage youth to join the organization.

Part of the ice cream bar’s proceeds will be donated by Nestlé Ice Cream to support the ongoing activities of the movement. Price per unit: NIS 4.40-11.

A Sense of EuphoriaThe premium brand MAGNUM from Strauss Ice Cream surprises with a dual international innovation launch: the first is Magnum Double Euphoria - Lemon and Raspberry with four uplifting layers for a euphoric sensation: rich lemon ice cream surrounding a refreshing raspberry sorbet core, coated in berry cream and white chocolate, combined with popping candy and raspberry-flavored sugar crumbs.

The second is Magnum Double Chill - Blueberries with four layers of delight and calm: a unique blueberry sorbet core in vanilla-flavored ice cream, coated in cocoa cream and dipped in a chocolate shell with cookie crumbs. Price range per Magnum unit: NIS 8-11.

A Twist in the PlotStrauss Ice Cream launches the global TWISTER brand in Israel, after becoming one of the world’s famous ice cream brands due to its unique concept offering a fun eating experience that combines varied and bursting flavors, fruity colors, and playful fun from its spiral stick format with surprising combined flavor cores.

In Israel, three flavors will be marketed: ISLAND - lemon-lime flavor, with a strawberry core and pineapple sherbet (pareve), also available in a pack containing 8 mini units. FOREST - berry flavor, lemon, and vanilla core (dairy), and OCEAN - banana, tutti-frutti, cherry and vanilla core (dairy). Price range per Twister unit: 5-7 shekels, price range per Twister pack: NIS 17-21.

Not Just for VegansApproximately 35% of the population in Israel consumes dairy substitutes. Data shows a growing rate of "reducers," who, while not strictly vegan, incorporate various dairy substitutes into their routine.

The LELO ice cream series, which bears the VEGAN FRIENDLY seal, recently launched a luxurious rum and chocolate flavor, a refined blend of creamy rum, rich chocolate, and almond pieces. LELO represents innovation in the world of dairy substitutes. Price range for 520 grams: NIS 19-35.

Refreshing and WorthyAnother refreshing announcement from Strauss's SOLERO brand is a vanilla and pineapple sherbet ice cream bar that combines the creaminess of vanilla with the fruitiness of pineapple: vanilla-flavored sherbet with a ripple and coating containing pineapple, adding to its low calorie count of just 88 calories per unit for a refreshing and worthy treat.

Solero Vanilla Pineapple joins the brand family that includes Solero Vanilla Strawberry and Solero Vanilla Tropical Fruits. Available as a single ice cream bar and in a mini pack of 5 units. Price range for a single ice cream bar: NIS 4-14. Price range for a 5-unit pack: NIS 16-33.

ALL GOODThe Goodiz brand, also from Strauss, launches for the first time the next big thing: Goodiz Fruit packs containing strawberry and peach sherbet with 20% fruit, and a pack containing tropical fruit sherbet and pineapple lime sherbet with 20% fruit ingredients.

The new sherbets feature a rich texture thanks to the fruit, without added sugar, certified by the Israeli Diabetes Association (IEL), reduced in calories, and, for the first time in the Goodiz pack series, also pareve. Price range for a Goodiz pack: NIS 28-35.

Low-Calorie IndulgenceFeldman expands its Wellness Gildal series, launching Gildal 99 calories in three flavors: vanilla with blonde chocolate coating, vanilla with white chocolate pistachio coating, and vanilla with dark chocolate coating. The new ice cream bars join last year's Gildal cone, also with only 99 calories.

The company identifies strong demand for low-calorie products but with decadent and indulgent flavors that can elevate the end of any meal. Feldman, a leader in the diet product category in ice cream in Israel, offers product innovation and a wide variety of products with a low calorie count while not compromising on the great taste experience of ice cream.

The series includes:Gildal ice cream bar in vanilla flavor with blonde chocolate - dairy vanilla-flavored ice cream with caramelized white chocolate.
