The family, a couple plus 3 teenagers, who built a house in a neighborhood in Caesarea about 15 years ago decided to build a new house on another lot in the settlement. The decision stemmed from the new needs of the children who grew up and asked for their own large and spacious private space. Meanwhile, the couple purchased a plot of land in a perfect location, with open spaces, where the view is open and unique. This, in relation to the old house which was located in the heart of the neighborhood surrounded by houses and without a view.

This time they decided that they wanted a new house that would be designed in a contemporary modern architectural language and for that they turned to the architect Itzik Niv. While the old house was designed and planned in a unique rustic style covered with Kurkarit stone and natural materials.

On the lot stood an old house that was demolished and the new house was built on it. The one of a kind residential lot is located in an old neighborhood in the settlement of Caesarea and adjoins from the south the first line to the spectacularly beautiful golf complex. "The basic spatial concept was to design a building in which the breath-taking view of the golf park will be reflected from its openings in most of its parts and especially in its public parts, so that the space of the kitchen, the dining area and the living rooms on the ground floor and on the first floor will look towards the view of the green lawns of the golf park," explains architect Itzik Niv.

The main ground floor contains the main functions, including the master suite and the main public spaces of the house. Suites for the three children were planned on the first floor and this floor is independent. On the basement floor, spaces were designed to allow recreational sports and private work rooms for the couple.

The house was designed and decorated in a modern, clean and minimalist style. Open and abundant light and view. Despite the clean design and the use of a lot of reed wood, the house has a warm homely and not alienated atmosphere. Ground floor - when the spacious front door located on the main facade of the house is opened, you can see at first glance the endless view reflected through the long display case that separates the outside from the inside of the house, at first glance you can see the "inner street", with a lighted library made of metal and wood standing on the left and a patio on the right It connects the three floors and injects natural light into the basement spaces.

Further on, a spacious central space of the kitchen on the left, and the living room and the dining table on the right, with above them a space connecting the ground floor with the living room on the first floor of the teenagers.

According to Hila Harali, OKNIN's home designer who is in charge of the project, "Each piece of furniture, in each of these spaces, was planned and designed CUSTOM MADE for the client. It was our pleasure to accompany the architect Itzik Niv, and build and design dedicated furniture in accordance with the minimalist concept of the house. This, using a variety A multitude of materials, including leather, granite slabs, aluminum, wood and other materials in quiet and refined colors."

Next to the pergola, an outdoor kitchen was designed that allows the family to enjoy family meals in the outdoor space facing the stunning view of the park. The children's floor (floor 1) is completely covered in parquet and consists of a central "street" located above the street on the ground floor and in this space, apart from being a connection between the suites, it serves as a living room overlooking the breathtaking view of the park, and to the right of the living room located on the ground floor.

From the children's living room you can go out to the partially covered balcony that is used by the children for outdoor sitting activities. At the other end of the "street" is a work space overlooking the entrance area to the residence. Each suite has a small, well-equipped bathroom and a spacious bedroom that includes a wardrobe embedded in pre-planned niches.
