In honor of American Independence Day, Israeli food-tech company Redefine Meat continues its tradition with "Burger Week" from July 4-11. During this event, selected restaurants will feature their signature dishes with Redefine Meat's animal-free burgers.

This marks the second year that Redefine Meat is hosting "Burger Week" as a tribute to American Independence Day on July 4. The initiative aims to introduce new and diverse options for burgers made from "New Meat," which contains no animal ingredients. From July 4 to July 11, over 30 restaurants and burger joints will offer their customers unique burger dishes that closely resemble the taste of traditional meat, available for dine-in or delivery.

Participating establishments include Marlene, Little Burger Shop, Benz Brothers, the 32 M burger chain, the Biga chain, Goodness Restaurant, Mr. Bun Burger, Golden Burger, Burger Room, and many other culinary institutions across the country.

For example, at Marlene, diners can enjoy the Truffle Burger and the French Burger, both available with a Redefine Meat patty. Benz Brothers' House of Burgers will offer the "Redefine Vegan" with a complimentary topping option. At Truman & Co., they will serve a summer special with a Redefine Tropical Burger topped with pineapple, jalapeño, and vegan aioli. The 32 M burger chain will provide a 10% discount on Redefine Burger meals, while the nationwide Biga chain will offer a special deal on Redefine Burger meals along with a special perk for their club members.
