The Israeli startup company Cecilia.ai has signed an initial collaboration with the Wyndham Orlando Resort & Conference Center/Celebration hotel located in Orlando, close to the Disney parks. The hotel is part of the Wyndham global group, which has about 9,000 hotels and accommodations around the world. As part of the collaboration, a robotic AI bartender named "Sarah", which was developed by the Israeli company, will prepare high-quality cocktails for the hotel's customers, interactively.

The bartender was developed by the Cecilia.ai company from Kfar-Saba, and so far has operated mainly at events in Israel and abroad, and with a number of regular clients such as the Bacardi Alcohol Corporation and Florida International University (FIU). "Cecilia" is an interactive avatar of a bartender with advanced AI and voice recognition capabilities, created to give guests at the hotel (and also at the casino, airports or cruises), an innovative, delicious and personalized experience. Cecilia, the character of the bartender, is able to conduct a fluent and light conversation, give recommendations for attractions, explain the menu and make recommendations, and of course prepare a cocktail or mocktail and charge for it, and all this in less than a minute.

According to Elad Kobi, CEO of Cecilia.ai: "Entering the field of hospitality and tourism is part of the strategy and goals we have set before us, and we are happy for the trust that Wyndham has expressed in Cecilia and for the fact that they saw the potential and all the advantages it can bring to the hotel both at the level of the innovative experience and at the level of increasing sales and the ease of operation and we are sure that it will provide a unique and groundbreaking user experience for both the guests and the hotel staff."

Together with Wyndham, Cecilia.ai also signed a partnership with promising tequila brand Casa Azul, an award-winning organic tequila producer made in Mexico, which launched last year. Cecilia's robot, located in the hotel restaurant, will serve tequila-based cocktails from Casa Azul, thus promoting their products and the hotel in a dynamic and fascinating way.

"The partnership with Wyndham Orlando Resort & Conference Center/Celebration as well as with Casa Azul tequila is a significant milestone for us. This is the first time since the launch that we have introduced Cecilia regularly to a hotel in the United States," says Nir Cohen Pereira, Marketing Director of Cecilia.ai, "This is a foothold both in the hotel market in the United States and in the Wyndham Group itself, which owns over 9,000 hotels worldwide."

"Through a combination of advanced AI technologies with the Casa Azul tequila brand, we expect to provide guests with a unique and unforgettable experience that combines entertainment and hospitality," said Daniel Berman, president of the AD1 Global Group, which manages several hotels, including the Wyndham Orlando Celebration. "We look forward to continuing to work with Casa Azul and Cecilia.ai to continue to improve the hospitality experience and create a new standard in the world of mixology and hospitality."

The Cecilia.ai company was founded in 2021. So far, 3.5 million dollars have been invested in the company, and it is now in a new fundraising round for expansion and sales in the United States and the development of Cecilia's next model.
