The meat products manufacturer Yechiam, from Kibbutz Yechiam in the Western Galilee, is expanding its successful Dak-Dak series and launching two new products: Dak-Dak Italian-style salami and Dak-Dak smoked beef pastrami.

The Italian-style salami is thinly sliced with a smoky taste and meaty texture, while the smoked beef pastrami is also thinly sliced, with a delicate and velvety texture.

The products are gluten-free, contain about 14-15% protein, and are marketed in convenient 120-gram packages with a resealable lid.

The Dak-Dak series by Yechiam includes three existing products: honey pastrami, classic pastrami, and barbecue pastrami, to which the two new items are added. The series is characterized by ultra-thin slices (about half a millimeter), giving the deli meats and sandwiches made with them a unique and tasty texture and flavor.
