The series includes the NINJA WOODFIRE PRO XL grill smoker, model OG853, and the NINJA WOODFIRE outdoor pizza oven, model OO103.
The Ninja OO103 outdoor pizza oven replaces the traditional brick oven and even surpasses it in functionality. The oven includes seven additional cooking programs, such as smoking, gourmet roasting, max roasting, baking, and more, for preparing a variety of dishes you wouldn't believe can be made in a pizza oven.
The oven offers two smoking methods: slow and long smoking for deep flavors or quick smoking by adding smoky flavors to any of the different cooking programs. Another interesting feature is the "Gourmet Roasting" program, which works in two stages: the first sears and closes the piece of meat, and the second roasts it at a lower temperature for a longer time, resulting in a crispy exterior and juicy interior.
The oven can reach temperatures of up to 370°C and offers the performance and precision of a professional oven. Baking a pizza in the oven takes just about 2.5 minutes!
