Earlier this year, the company updated that the Tokyo route would operate year-round, alongside expanding operations to Thailand and operating a record number of weekly flights to the popular destination this winter, with a total of 17 weekly flights to the East—Bangkok, Phuket, and Tokyo together. The company will also reinforce the route to Paris, operating over 20 weekly flights to Paris, and a total of about 200 weekly flights to Europe. Sun Dor, part of the El Al group, will operate an additional 45 weekly flights to its various destinations.

El Al’s VP of Commercial and Aviation Relations, Shlomi Zafrani, stated: "El Al has built its flight schedule for the upcoming winter with a significant emphasis on its main destinations, allowing for broad connectivity to onward destinations, and has ensured to continue strengthening the frequencies to these routes. We are launching another initiative aimed at highlighting to the public that the earlier they book their winter flights, the more likely they are to secure attractive prices for El Al’s various destinations. Now is the time to plan winter vacations for 2025 and add the Protect product at a symbolic price that allows for early booking with peace of mind, with the option to cancel up to 24 hours before departure."
