This is a beautiful penthouse tailored for the family, a couple in their late 40's and their three adult children. "The idea and vision was to produce a designed apartment, contemporary and fashionable but not alienating - warm, inviting and family" explains Daniel Hasson, who is responsible for the planning and design. The 5-room penthouse, on half a floor in a prestigious project in Herzliya, with a wide and well-kept perimeter roof. This is a family that likes to host and cook, so the kitchen and living room area received special attention to adapt to the family's lifestyle in this aspect.

For the purpose of warmth, Hason chose to floor the entire apartment with oak parquet with wide beams that contribute to the chic and full of style. The luxury kitchen is made in Germany in a deep grayish stone tone, with a wide and dominant island in the center, measuring 5 meters, around which the whole family can work, eat, entertain, and be together. An island around which the family Hawaii takes place. One of the strong walls designed in the apartment is the large wall in the living room that combines on both sides two spacious libraries with a modern design with industrial touches, while the TV and the fireplace from Ortel Kaminim are located in the center and are the focal center to which the gaze is naturally drawn.

Hasson explains: "I really like to incorporate fireplaces in design projects, whether these are embedded in a wall inside a library, or as in the current project in which the fireplace is located on a "clean" wall with two lighted niches on both sides in the form of custom-made iron bookcases, which combine functionality and decoration." In addition to the fireplace, whose contribution to the space is substantial, the apartment is rich in pampering and pleasant textiles, and includes a great abundance and a combination of natural vegetation in the peripheral balcony, which together enrich the apartment and the design and harmoniously link the inside and the outside.

The bedroom suite continues the modern design line in the house, it also includes plenty of textiles and access to the couple's private balcony. The color palette for the project is natural wood, gray and garage colors, black and lots of textiles that complete the Look & Feel. Since it is a contractor's apartment, the accompaniment was from the stage of purchasing the apartment from the developer. Including the necessary planning changes, in order to adapt the apartment to the needs of the customers. Including work plans, specifications, selection of materials and execution plans, and of course overall coordination between all suppliers. In the final stage, of course, the final touch of furnishing the apartment, choosing the design elements, art and accessories up to Ramat Huaza in the library.
