"In addition to the new self-confidence, the buyers receive techniques, tools and methods, a certificate of professional training in sales, which is a great thing to put on a resume, a gift digital course that they can always return to and practice, an answer and availability for up to a year in the group, where they can send recordings and receive advice and tips as well to create collaborations. Practical training with results

Roni Stiglitz explains that the group trainings, which take place in Ra'anana and the Stock Exchange area, consist of five sessions, where each session lasts 4 hours and includes presentations, assignments and even homework.

How many people are there in each group?

 "It's a boutique group so between 10 and 20 people only."

Can you tell us about the syllabus?

"Learning about the sales scale and a method that business owners should implement in their business, they will receive tasks and homework that are adapted to the nature of their business and will help them develop a sales technique and we will work together on verbal, assertiveness and payment collection skills. Each class is divided into two parts - a theoretical part in which they learn tools and a practical part of simulations and exercises that help overcome fear."

What do you mean by results?

"I commit to results. Those who do not pass the training, can always pass another one. I am with each participant all the way, and each participant in the training always has someone to turn to." 

And how does that manifest in practice?

"I accompany them during and after the training, to ensure that they realize the sales goals they have set for themselves. In each training there is a WhatsApp group with common tasks and sales goals, in which everyone reports on sales and conduct. The goal is that the practice and the update will instill in them a passion for sales, which will be incorporated into the routine theirs intuitively and make them apply the method every day, sale after sale, success after success. I'm also always available for questions and consultation, that's my mission."
