Concentrix Corporation (NASDAQ: CNXC), a global leader in technology and services, which began operations in Israel in 2023, announced the launch of iX Hello, a self-service application based on generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) designed to enhance productivity and user engagement while offering a high level of data security.

iX Hello provides a ready-made business solution for creating virtual assistants for various applications—from data analysis and quick translations to self-service chatbots, and more. The product functions as an assistant that integrates securely with top-tier large language models (LLMs), as well as internal data sources, to enhance productivity and work quality in a secure, compliant, and brand-aligned environment.

For decades, Concentrix has invested in and developed smart technologies aimed at addressing customer challenges and improving efficiency and performance levels. The announcement of iX Hello marks the launch of the first product in a package of AI and GenAI technologies that the company has successfully implemented internally and with clients prior to the launch.

iX Hello offers an embedded innovation that allows companies to accelerate their GenAI adoption journey with integration into various data sources and diverse LLMs from Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI, and Salesforce.

Companies can also utilize a GenAI solution that aligns with their brand, including understanding voice and unique brand lexicon. Additionally, iX Hello supports tasks such as translating market-ready texts into over 90 languages, data analysis, responding to inquiries via chat or voice, summarizing content, and creating training materials. The pre-built virtual assistants provide quick response times, accelerating tasks across various departments, including customer experience, accounting, finance, marketing, and procurement.

Among other things, Concentrix plans to design, build, and operate integrated and complete solutions at pace and scale across the organization. The company helps over 2,000 clients solve their most challenging business problems. It employs 440,000 staff serving clients on six continents, in more than 70 countries, and in over 150 languages, generating revenues of $7.11 billion in 2023. In Israel, Concentrix offers a wide range of services, including brand experience design, building secure AI technologies, and operating digital services that ensure global consistency with a local touch.

In mid-September 2023, Concentrix merged with Webhelp, a well-known market leader specializing in customer experience (CX), sales, marketing, and payment services, in a deal worth $4.8 billion. Webhelp, a French private company established in 2000, was the largest CX provider in Europe and one of the top four worldwide over the past five years.

Concentrix began operations in Israel under the former name Webhelp in early 2022, appointing Einat Benyamini to open and lead the local branch. Einat Benyamini stated, "We believe that the launch of iX Hello represents a great opportunity for Israeli companies seeking to accelerate their digital transformation. By integrating advanced GenAI capabilities, we enable organizations to enhance productivity, streamline routine operations, and offer personalized experiences at scale—all within a secure and compliant environment. We believe this toolset can meet the specific needs of the Israeli market, allowing our clients to leverage advanced technology to remain competitive and agile in today’s rapidly changing business landscape."

Following the internal launch of iX Hello for clients, Concentrix is also offering a private preview of future iX Hello functionalities for external use, allowing a limited number of organizations to gain exclusive access to new technologies before they reach the broader market. The private preview includes around 40 pre-built virtual agents, ranging from multimodal bots intended for customers to scheduling tools and order status tracking. Concentrix is also capable of working with clients to develop customized virtual assistants powered by GenAI quickly and at scale, leveraging its rich design capabilities.

Concentrix plans to launch additional technological products in the iX series in the coming months.
