"Choosing a wedding hall is one of the most important and expensive decisions for many couples. The price range for meals at event venues is quite broad, ranging from NIS 170 to NIS 500 per meal."

Amit Kapuano, CEO of the LAGO Network, says these words as he refers to the current season, the hottest one, and not because of the weather. "It depends on several factors, including the location of the event. Naturally, events in central Israel will be significantly more expensive than those in the periphery. The season, the day of the wedding, and the number of guests also matter."

Kapuano details the prices and emphasizes that "it's important to note that these are only averages, and there may be significant variations in prices between different venues."

Factors Influencing Prices:

  • Season: Prices are higher in the summer, the most popular wedding season, compared to winter.
  • Day of the Week: Weekend events are more expensive than those held from Sunday to Wednesday.
  • Dates: Highly sought-after dates, such as holidays or memorable dates like 8.8 or 12.12, command higher prices. Thursday and Friday noon weddings are also pricier than other days.
  • Type of Event: Large, luxurious weddings cost more than smaller, simpler ones. Weddings requiring ground-up setups, especially in outdoor settings, are significantly more expensive.
  • Additional Services: Meal prices may include services such as drink service, table arrangements, lighting, and sound systems.

Design Trends for Summer 2024:

1. Return to Nature: The boho-chic trend is stronger than ever, featuring natural materials like wood, stone, greenery, and flowers. Many weddings will be held outdoors, creating a rustic, romantic, and serene atmosphere.

2. Rich Color Palettes: Bold, warm colors such as bottle green, deep purple, bright orange, and mustard yellow will complement the delicate pastels, adding playfulness, joy, and energy to the celebration.

3. Focus on Hospitality: Couples are placing a great emphasis on guest experience with lavish food stalls, refreshing cocktails, comfortable seating areas, and special attractions, ensuring an unforgettable event for all attendees.

4. Floral Designs: Fresh flowers will play a central role in wedding decor, with grand bouquets, floral table arrangements, flower arches at the chuppah entrance, and flower-adorned chuppahs adding color, nature, and romance to the event.

5. Special Lighting: Unique lighting elements, candles, lanterns, and more can significantly enhance the wedding atmosphere, creating a magical and romantic setting.

6. Unconventional Furniture: Instead of standard chairs and sofas, consider seating areas with poufs, hammocks, swings, or benches padded with colorful cushions.

7. Unique Typography: Designing signs, invitations, and seating cards with distinctive typography adds a personal and refreshing touch.
