Four major car importers have launched a joint discount on the purchase of a new car for parents, siblings, and widows of soldiers who fell in the Iron Swords War.

This is a fixed discount for the next three years in the amount of NIS 7,000, in collaboration with the organizations Yad Lebanim and the IDF Widows and Orphans Organization.

The initiative includes Delek Motors, the importer of Mazda, Ford, BMW, and NIO; Union Motors, the importer of Toyota; UMI, the importer of Chevrolet and Cadillac; and Champion Motors, the importer of Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, and Cupra.

It should be noted that the Families, Commemoration, and Heritage Department of the Defense Ministry grants bereaved parents NIS 53,000 and a loan of NIS 35,000 for the purchase of a first car, and a grant of NIS 43,400 and a loan of NIS 25,000 for replacing a car every four years.

The National Insurance Institute provides similar benefits to family members of victims of hostile actions, including parents, widowers and widows, and orphans from the age of 18.
