First digital benefits wallet app launched for Israeli companies

SAP, in partnership with the Workers' Committee, is launching an innovative platform developed by bttr and Cal, setting a new standard for employee benefits. For the first time in Israel, a digital benefits wallet app, encompassing a variety of employee perks, will be introduced to SAP's 900 employees in Israel.

SAP, a business software company employing around 900 people, is opening this groundbreaking platform to all its employees. This platform enables employees to enjoy benefits in a personalized, flexible, and intelligent manner. This new initiative, led by the Workers' Committee, involves a collaboration between the software company and the Israeli fintech company bttr, along with the credit and payment company Cal. The wallet consolidates and manages all the benefits enjoyed by the employees.

Bttr, owned by Hilan Group, TLC Group (which includes BUYME), and Movement Group, has developed this innovative platform for managing company benefit budgets in partnership with Cal. The platform allows employees to enjoy a benefits budget provided by their employer in a personalized, flexible, and intelligent way through a digital benefits wallet app, available for download on Apple and Google app stores.

Through the app, benefits can be utilized at any business in Israel and worldwide, with everything centralized and executed through the digital wallet, which functions like a credit card without card fees or any commitments. SAP employees can use their personal benefits budget for discounts on leasing, flight tickets, vacations, and even complementary medical treatments for their family members. These are just a few examples from the vast array of options that will be available to employees with the launch of the platform.

The new platform will also allow SAP, as an employer, to manage the variety of benefits it offers to its employees in one place. It enables real-time tracking of benefit usage, learning which suppliers are preferred by employees, creating policies in line with the organization's guidelines without unnecessary administration, and managing expenses efficiently.

SAP and the Workers' Committee's decision to collaborate with Israeli suppliers like bttr and Cal stems from the company's and the Workers' Committee's longstanding commitment to meeting the needs and preferences of its workforce in Israel.
