The family, a couple plus 3 children, lives in Tel Aviv, but decided to purchase a vacation home in Caesarea, one that will serve them on holidays, vacations, and weekends. Yes, it is likely that right now she is spending time with him. The 400-square-meter house is built on an area of 1.3 dunams near the golf courses.

The couple turned to architectural engineer Hagar Lushi, who has been accompanying the family in renovations and construction of projects in Israel and abroad for many years. "The design concept, befitting a vacation home," explains Lushi, "was very light and functional, with planning and creation with many niches for sub-large accommodation areas for the benefit of the extended family and intimate accommodation areas for one on one."

The vacation home is used by the family for short vacations, but mainly for extended vacations in July-August, so there was an emphasis on the issue of storage, as well as the importance of an active and dominant kitchen, which is usually not found in apartments and short-term vacation homes. Meanwhile, Lushi planned a large island with a dominant seating area, two seating areas and an extension in the living room, a large dining area, as well as the garden, which has undergone a significant renovation with many pampering areas, including the pool.

The design line is modern with clean lines, where the significant motifs that enter the house through the large developers of the holiday home are the new pool, the abundance of greenery outside and the warm parquet inside.

Before the renovation, the house was divided into many rooms, it was dark, with very few openings. Lushi changed the interior and broke as many walls as possible in order to open up the space. Meanwhile, she decided to keep the patio located in the center of the house. A patio that brings in a lot of light, nature and air for those staying at home.

A significant renovation and upgrade was made in the exterior and dominant space of the house, which as mentioned sits on a huge area of 1.3 dunams: the new pool includes a paddling area and jets like in a jacuzzi, there is a designated area for children, a pampering hot tub, corners for hammocks, and of course multiple seating areas for different scenarios of together and separately.
