They are a young couple in their 30s, they have 3 small children. He is a high-tech and she is in the field of teaching, he decided it was time to upgrade. After living in a 120 square meter apartment in a boutique building in Ashdod, they moved to a spacious and large penthouse in the same building. The building is 5 years old and the new apartment is 250 square meters + 250 square meters balcony.

Their previous apartment, and of course the current one, was also renovated and designed by the office of architect Marina Rechter-Robinstein. According to her, "The couple wanted a house that would be fun and pleasant to raise their family in, host comfortably, and upgrade their standard of living. In their current home, Rechter-Robinstein was able to plan a large pool, a gym, a luxurious walk-in closet, and a home office. The planning and renovation took about a year and a half. "The process It was great, in light of many years of familiarity with the needs of the family. Meanwhile, we changed the location of the functions of the kitchen, and the living room, so that they will be near the exit to the balcony. So in the current constellation there is harmony and the conduct in the space is more pleasant and spacious."

One of the challenges was placing a powerful aquarium in the space. The family is fond of aquariums, in their previous apartment the aquarium contained 400 liters of water and in the new apartment the aquarium has grown to a volume of 1000 liters, and it is displayed in the public space of the apartment. When entering the house, we reach the foyer area, where there is a wardrobe for storing shoes and a sitting area. At the entrance stands out a wood-clad wall that starts in the vestibule and continues to the dining area. A pleasant covering that creates a pleasant and monochromatic atmosphere in the space.

For the living room, a spacious, large and comfortable sofa was chosen, 5 square meters in length. It is a modular sofa that the whole family can be thrown into, with pampering chaise longues at each of its ends, a light carpet at its feet, and white curtains that wrap the public space. The lines are very, very clean, pleasant and relaxed , with prominent combinations of white and wood. On the left side of the entrance is the aquarium and a dining table, which does not take up space and can be opened if necessary. A light metal bookcase appears on the wall near the dining area, on which are placed ornaments and souvenirs of the family And continues the clean and minimalist line of the project, without clutter.

One of the walls of the dining area contains a hidden door in the zero line, which leads to the parents' office. This is a double office. To the right of the living room is the kitchen. A kitchen was chosen that is very delicate and clean in its design, and easy to operate. A spacious kitchen that allows sitting on an island. Here, too, the light colors are evident, a lot of white with a few veins that create interest but do not burden the space. The island and cabinets are covered in porcelain granite. The island itself has a stove and a hidden hood that is pulled out while cooking. In the kitchen itself, a niche was planned between the cabinets, containing a sink and a work surface. The goal was for the kitchen wall and the island to be a complete unit and a sort of practical sculpture in space. The lighting is interesting, subtle and clean and blends in with the space, with an interesting emphasis in the dining area and above the island seating.

When entering the house on the left side are the rooms of the family members. The master suite is large and spacious, continuing the bright colors. A powerful carpentry wall in a bedroom, with a hidden door that leads to a closet. The room has parquet, a delicately colored carpet and the bed has a powerful headboard. The suite also includes the bathroom with a free standing bathtub. The spacious and powerful balcony includes many functions, including an outdoor kitchen, a sitting area, a large 14 square meter pool, a gym and a shower.
