Israeli startup DoorLoop, a developer of rental property management software, announced that it has completed a $100 million funding round led by U.S. investment firm JMI Equity. The company says the funding will allow it to expand its product offerings while recruiting key professionals in the industry, positioning DoorLoop as the leading platform for property management across the U.S. and Canadian markets.

As part of its next phase of growth, DoorLoop intends to scale its development team in Tel Aviv from 50 to 200 employees over the next 18 months. The focus will be on hiring developers, product managers, and QA engineers, along with analysts, marketing, finance, and other essential roles.

The recent funding comes amid an impressive year-over-year growth of over 100%. Currently, DoorLoop serves property management companies and asset owners across North America and is rapidly gaining ground in a vast market with significant potential.

“This successful funding round opens the next chapter in our company’s growth,” said DoorLoop’s CEO and co-founder Ori Tamuz. “This capital will enable us to accelerate our rapid growth, expand our human and technological capital, and continue to deliver the best property management software in the market. We’re confident that with JMI’s resources, we will keep setting new standards for technology and customer experience in the industry, never losing sight of our primary goal: to help our clients grow and succeed.”
