This is a model apartment in Ramat Hasharon, designed by FT Architecture & Design Studio, led by Florina Popovski and Tali Eliashov, for the Six Days luxury project in Ramat Hasharon by Rotstein Real Estate.
"The purpose of this luxury project, according to the brief we received from the real estate company, was to cater to young and older couples who wish to downsize from a large private home to a smaller property once their children leave home," explains Eliashov.
She adds, "The apartment is designed with luxury brands, yet it exudes warmth and coziness."
The apartment spans approximately 130 square meters and is designed as a five-room space. The design process was meticulous, with attention given to all areas, including the living room, bathroom, master suite, kitchen, and walk-in closet. "We chose a warm, monochromatic color palette to appeal to as broad a range of potential buyers as possible," she says.
The designers selected a soft, natural-toned parquet floor, complemented by light-colored furniture, creating a clean and modern look. The furniture, which is rounded and inviting, comes straight from Italy, blending modern aesthetics with a hint of classic design, as seen in the kitchen where delicate framing is used.
The round dining table, made of luxurious Carrara marble, pairs beautifully with the parquet. The light fixtures, chosen from Light In, are positioned above the dining area, effectively defining a central point in the space and visually separating the kitchen from the living room. The designers opted for three large lampshades, which added charm and volume to the area, along with an asymmetrical artistic rug that subtly echoes European motifs.
"For the living room, we selected technical lighting from Light In, which serves as the foundation for the space. We love using fixtures placed in adjustable recessed units, allowing us to control the room’s lighting scene. This type of lighting directs attention exactly where we want, much like in a theater. The living room furniture is delicate yet commanding, serving as a statement piece in itself."
The master suite was designed to resemble a hotel suite, with a spacious walk-in closet to the right. The suite includes a luxurious makeup and storage area, with a dresser placed opposite the bed. Here, too, the light color palette is maintained, with textural elements adding depth to the space.
The bed is asymmetrical, featuring a bold headboard with side tables made of natural stone. Hanging from the ceiling are natural stone and brass light fixtures from Light In. To emphasize the wall, it has been paneled with a composition reminiscent of the prestigious British brand, Burberry.
