The Israeli startup Cecilia.ai has achieved a significant milestone by signing a partnership with the Wyndham Orlando Resort & Conference Center/Celebration, located near Disney parks. This hotel is part of the global Wyndham group, which boasts around 9,000 hotels and accommodation facilities worldwide. Under this collaboration, an AI robotic bartender named "Sara," developed by the Israeli company, will serve high-quality cocktails to hotel guests interactively.

Developed by Cecilia.ai from Kfar Saba, the AI bartender has primarily been used at events both locally and internationally, with regular clients like Bacardi and Florida International University (FIU). "Cecilia" is an interactive avatar with advanced AI and voice recognition capabilities, designed to offer hotel guests (as well as those in casinos, airports, or cruises) an innovative, personalized, and enjoyable experience. Cecilia, the bartender avatar, can engage in fluent and light-hearted conversations, provide attraction recommendations, explain the menu, offer suggestions, prepare cocktails or mocktails, and even process payments, all in less than a minute.

According to Elad Kobi, CEO of Cecilia.ai, "Entering the hospitality and tourism sector is part of our strategic goals. We are delighted with the trust Wyndham has placed in Cecilia, recognizing her potential and the benefits she can bring to the hotel in terms of innovative experiences, increased sales, and operational convenience. We are confident that she will provide a unique and groundbreaking user experience for both guests and hotel staff."

Alongside Wyndham, Cecilia.ai has also partnered with the promising tequila brand Casa Azul, an award-winning organic tequila producer from Mexico, launched last year. Cecilia, located in the hotel restaurant, will serve Casa Azul tequila-based cocktails, thus promoting both the hotel and Casa Azul dynamically and engagingly.

"The partnership with Wyndham Orlando Resort & Conference Center/Celebration and Casa Azul tequila is a significant milestone for us. This is the first time since our launch that we are introducing Cecilia permanently into a hotel in the United States," says Nir Cohen Freer, Marketing Manager of Cecilia.ai. "This is a foothold in both the U.S. hospitality market and the Wyndham group, which owns over 9,000 hotels worldwide."

"By combining advanced AI technologies with the Casa Azul tequila brand, we aim to provide guests with a unique and unforgettable experience that blends entertainment with hospitality," said Daniel Berman, President of AD1 Global, which manages several hotels, including Wyndham Orlando Celebration. "We look forward to continuing our work with Casa Azul and Cecilia.ai to further enhance the hospitality experience and set a new standard in mixology and hospitality."

Cecilia.ai was founded in 2021 and has raised $3.5 million in investments to date. The company is currently in a new fundraising round to expand sales in the United States and develop the next model of Cecilia.
