The Meta company adds another innovation to Instagram users: from now on you can add text to photos directly from the post editor, without the need to edit the photos in a separate application. A little text can help the post stand out in the feed and will also help people identify information that they might not see in the caption of the post itself. From the post editor you can now also add an additional image layer on top of the image as a sticker.
And this is how it is done: after clicking on the "plus" sign and selecting the image, several markings will appear at the top of the screen that allow adding text, adding another image sticker, and editing the sharpness and brightness of the image.
The "Stories" and "Reels" also get some improvements: Instagram has added new fonts, effects and animations that can be added to the text to make it stand out.
The update comes after a series of additional product improvements in the application: among other things, you can add songs to your profile, and share up to 20 slides in one Instagram post.
