The Partner communications group is unveiling Private Care today—a new repair service that, for the first time in the market, includes a unique screen crack repair plan at no additional cost and with no deductible.

Partner's goal is to provide a comprehensive solution for all customer communication services and products, thereby deepening customer relationships and offering them service assurance. According to a survey conducted by the Geocartography Group for the company, 56% of respondents said that a screen crack is the thing they fear most happening to their smartphone. Over 30% reported having repaired their device between one and four times in the past year.

The repair service, available to customers of all companies, covers all types of mobile devices and features a "Platinum" plan specifically for the latest flagship devices from Samsung and Apple, such as the iPhone 14 and 15, Galaxy S23-S24, and Flip-Fold 5-6. The Platinum service includes one free screen crack repair per year, as well as various other damage repairs at no additional cost, such as issues with sound and speakers, charging ports, GPS, Bluetooth, and more.

Private Care will be offered at Partner’s repair centers across the country, by technicians certified by Apple and Samsung, and includes a three-month warranty on the repair. Depending on the damage, express repairs on-site may also be available. Additionally, Partner provides a simple and digital tracking system for the status of the device being repaired, step by step, as well as support via WhatsApp. Recently, Partner has also started offering a three-year warranty on new device purchases.

Enrollment in the service requires a 12-month commitment, with an attractive price set according to the device model, starting at NIS 15.9 per month, with the first month free.
