Partner launches private care: Screen repair included in service

Partner's new Private Care repair service includes a unique screen repair route at no extra cost or deductible, enhancing client service security and strengthening customer relationships.

The media group Partner today (Sunday) launches Private Care - a new repair service, which includes, for the first time in the market, a unique route of repairing a broken screen at no additional cost and with no deductible.

Partner's goal is to provide a comprehensive and comprehensive response to all of the client's communication services and products, thereby deepening the relationship with the clients and providing them with service security.

According to a survey conducted by the Geocartography Group for the company, 56% of the respondents answered that a broken screen is the thing that scares them the most if it happens to their smartphone. Over 30% stated that they managed to repair the device between one and four times in the last year.

The repair service for customers of all companies is intended for all types of mobile devices and includes, as mentioned, a unique platinum track for the latest flagship devices from Samsung and Apple, such as iPhone 14 and 15, Galaxy S23-S24 and FLIP-FOLD 5-6. The platinum service includes repairing an original broken screen once a year, as well as repairing a variety of damages at no additional cost, such as audio and speaker problems, charging jack, GPS, Bluetooth and more.

The Private Care service will be provided in Partner's repair laboratories throughout the country, by Apple and Samsung certified technicians, and includes a warranty on the repair for three months from the date of the repair. Depending on the damage, express repair on the spot will also be possible. In addition, the partner enables simple and digital tracking of the status of the device under repair, step by step, as well as support for the WhatsApp service. Recently, Partner even began to provide a three-year warranty with the purchase of a new device.

Joining the service with a commitment for 12 months, at an attractive price determined according to the device model, starting from NIS 15.9 per month, with the first month free.
