Salesforce launches Hyperforce on AWS in Israel

Bank Leumi is the first customer to empower its AI-based digital capabilities for increased growth through the platform (Hyperforce), which is available to existing and new customers in Israel.

Salesforce, the global leader in AI CRM, announces today that Hyperforce, its cloud platform, built on AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure in the public cloud in Israel, is now available for existing and new customers in Israel. Starting today, Salesforce will allow organizations to run the company's applications in the public cloud in Israel and will provide them with new options for storing data in public clouds within the country. 

At the same time, Salesforce announces that Bank Leumi is the first customer to use the local platform in Israel, as part of the digital service revolution led by the bank in order to improve the customer service experience. This is alongside the upgrading of digital service processes, while integrating advanced technologies and capabilities, including artificial intelligence.

This is critical for organizations and companies subject to strict local regulation, information security procedures and privacy protection laws, while maintaining and controlling information storage. Salesforce's move will make it easier for local companies, especially in regulated industries, to offer additional services or expand into new global markets, which until now were not possible due to various regulations.
