The entire planning of the exterior changes when there is a pool." According to David, "In order to leverage and utilize the outdoor space, the hydraulic pool has become the most popular among Israelis. It's a pool with a hydraulic floor that rises when not in use, thus maximizing the available space."
David concludes: "In everything related to design, there is no one trend or another, customers already understand the importance of the outdoors. We no longer need to convince them. They understand that the outdoors makes the house bigger. The pool has considerable psychological value, it magnetizes people. It creates connections. Keep in mind that a pool requires preliminary planning, permits, etc."
